XNX's strength comes from its easy-to-use, low-maintenance common platform, The platform works in the same digital bus system with other safety devices, including Honeywell Analytics' own Searchline Excel, Optima or other gas detectors, industry standard PLCS and third-party gas monitoring controllers. The XNX supports electrochemical, infrared and catalytic bead gas monitors and uses standard 4-20mA wiring and HART devices. Options include Modbus, Fieldbus with up to three relays (pending), and a native HART adapter for configuring and diagnosing existing Hart handhelds.
XNX is available in more than 200 unique configurations to meet Class 1 /2 intrinsically safe explosion protection requirements in upstream and downstream petroleum, chemical, wastewater and other industries.
Available in stainless steel or aluminum housing with Marine grade coating. With five metric or NPT threaded ports, rugged mounting accessory options provide extreme installation flexibility. Instruments manufactured with various sensing technologies can be attached to local transmitters or corresponding remote attachments.
The XNX user interface provides alarm, fault, and configuration support with a large dot-matrix display and LED indicators. ICONS in seven languages make it easy for users around the world.
